This website collects only the information you choose to send us — principally L.E.A.D. Fellowship applications (student and guardian contact details, school, grade level, date of birth, and track of interest) and any messages you email us.
Application information is used solely to administer the Fellowship: reviewing applications, communicating decisions, running the program, and (for selected fellows) coordinating with program partners such as Cal Poly Pomona and community partners in Lubao. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Application forms on this site are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit. Donations made through workplace-giving portals are processed by Benevity under its own privacy policy.
The L.E.A.D. Fellowship serves high-school students. Applications are submitted with a parent/guardian's knowledge and include the guardian's own contact information and a joint commitment statement. Parents and guardians may request correction or deletion of a student's information at any time.
